a). Any information you provide will be treated as confidential.
b). Your details will never be sold to third parties.
c). Your payments to Love & Congrats are directed to a secure, external site - I do not see any of your financial information.
a). Delivery charges are:
Spend up to £20 = £5 p+p
Spend £21 to £30 = £6 p+p
Spend £31 to £40 = £7 p+p
Spend £41 to £49 = £8 p+p
Spend £50 and over = FREE
b). Postage will be Registered/Signed For post.
a). Items are handmade to order and may take up to 4 weeks at busy times. Once I've made your item, your order will be despatched after your payment has cleared and will be sent by Second Class Registered/Signed For post to your billing address. Delivery from the courier is 3+ days from their receipt. Please bear this in mind if you are placing an order for a special date
b). Need items by a certain date? Please enter appropriate details in the, "Special Instructions," box on the order form. There is NO GUARANTEE that you will receive your items by the date you specify - particularly during busy periods, such as Xmas. If I do not believe I can fulfil your order by your specified date I will inform you, before I start your order and you will be given the option to proceed or not, with a full refund if you decide not to go ahead. Where you decide you'd like the order to go ahead, there is no refund if it doesn't arrive on time, as the goods made are a bespoke order. Please try to order well in advance of the date you need the item for - I'd hate for you to be disappointed.
c). Your order will be checked before it is despatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
a). Orders are to be paid via Paypal only please. You don't need a PayPal account to do this - you will be taken automatically to a secure, external site to make your payment. None of your confidential financial information is handled by Love and Congrats.
b). Your order will be despatched only after your payment has cleared.
c). By clicking on the 'Pay' button, you have agreed to 'Order With Payment Obligation'.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
As all items are bespoke/personalised goods, I do not make any refunds if you change your mind. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL?
Your order will have been checked and securely packaged prior to despatch to you.
a). Where an item is damaged or faulty on delivery please use the Faulty/Damaged Goods Returns Form within 3 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item to me unaltered and in its original packing. You can also email me at [email protected] but completion of the Faulty/Damaged Goods form is the best way of ensuring I have all relevant details.
b). Love and Congrats will then be able to either refund you or offer you the opportunity to exchange the item for another of the same value (excluding postage costs).
c). Love and Congrats will pay the postage in this circumstance.
d). If you do not inform me of a fault or damage within 3 days of you receiving the item, then I'm sorry but Love and Congrats will not be liable for any refund or replacement.
ERROR IN SPELLING?
Please ensure all spelling is correct on orders where this option is available. I will make your order exactly according to the instruction you provide on the order form. If you've made a mistake please contact me immediately via email here clearly stating Order Error. If I can amend your order to the correct spelling at no extra charge I will, but depending on how far your order is, I cannot guarantee this. If your error means a completely new spelling and I have started your order, you will be liable for all extra letters, including those in original order eg if you want the name FRAIER on a garland but sent me the spelling of FREYA you would be liable for the I,R and Y. Your order will not be progressed until payment for extra letters has been received. I know this may seem harsh, but I'm sure you'll appreciate that as all items are handmade, it's not only materials that are wasted with errors, but also the time spent making them.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you want to cancel an order you have placed you must do so immediately. Failure to do this will result in you paying the full price. Please complete the Cancellation Form immediately after placing your order.
IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY ABOUT SOMETHING
If you're unhappy about something, please contact us by completing the Complaints Form and I'll reply to you within 5 working days.
